Clarity creates impact

Chanel Randolph is the founder of Beautiful Creation Business Solutions and Beautiful Creations by Chanel, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit established in 2012. What began with her Tools for School initiative—now providing more than 1,200 bookbags filled with supplies to children in Valdosta, Quitman, Adel, Moody AFB, Lakeland, Clyattville, Echols, Pearson, Waycross, and her hometown of Orlando, Florida—has grown into a movement serving families through mentoring, scholarships, holiday programs, and essential resources.

 

Under her leadership, Beautiful Creations by Chanel has launched signature initiatives including the Change for Prosperity Mentoring Program, C.O.A.T.S. Drive, Rags to Riches Prom Experience, and A Beautiful Christmas, while partnering with the Greater Valdosta United Way to expand its reach.

 

Chanel holds a B.S. in Business Marketing from Albany State University, an MBA, and a Master of Accounting and Financial Management from DeVry’s Keller Graduate School. With over a decade in banking, she combines financial expertise with a passion for community impact. She serves as Vice President of the Valdosta Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc., sits on the FAST (Family Autism Support Team) board, and is an alumna of multiple leadership programs, including Leadership Lowndes Class of 2024, where she was Class President.

 

Above all, Chanel is the devoted mother of her autistic son who inspires her mission to create lasting impact and empower future generations.
